Ship History

where did it came from

The ship was built in 2014 on behalf of Captain Morgan Rum. After being exhibited only 14 times and 2 flights, the ship disappeared. Until in 2020 it could suddenly be seen in the Netherlands above the village of Barneveld. The flying Dutchman was born! In 2023 the balloon is sold to Events by Cynosure.

Since 2023 Events by Cynosure became responsible for The Flying Dutchman. Together with a Hot-R pilot they will be appearing at festivals around the world.
